Last updated: 2026-04-12. This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated at tightslab.wayjet.io and explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have under GDPR, CCPA and PIPL.

1. Data we collect

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or create a price alert. We store an encrypted copy and a hashed copy for lookup.
• Anonymized usage data (pages visited, referrers, device type) via Google Analytics 4. You can decline via the cookie banner.
• Affiliate click records containing only a hashed IP (not raw) and the source page URL.

2. What we do not collect

TightsLab does not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or any data from minors. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are used for session handling. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner.

4. Your rights

• Right to access, correct and delete your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

5. Retention

Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Affiliate click logs are kept 12 months then aggregated. Audit logs are kept 12 months for compliance.

6. International transfers

Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the us-central1 region. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
